지난 4일, 강남의 유튜브 채널에는 ‘결국 촬영 중단했습니다. 수술실까지 들어가게 된 사연’이라는 제목의 영상이 게재됐다. 강남은 “양말을 신다가 허리에 통증을 느꼈다”며 “러닝을 한 뒤 상태가 더욱 악화됐다”고 말했다. 이어 “정밀 검사 결과 과거 방치했던 디스크가 다시 터지면서 물혹이 생겨 신경을 누르고 있는 상태”라고 했다. 이후 시술과 입원 치료를 마친 그는 “3개월 동안 러닝 금지 진단을 받았다”고 했다.
